Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. is assisting a growing engineering firm in Minnesota seeking a Senior Civil Engineer / Project Manager to lead civil infrastructure and land development projects.

This role emphasizes project management, technical leadership, mentoring, and client development, with responsibility from planning through completion and active pursuit of new opportunities.

Candidates should have a B.S. in Civil Engineering, 8+ years of experience, and a PE or the ability to obtain one.

Qualifications

• Must hold a B.S. in Civil Engineering.
• Professional Engineer license or ability to obtain one.
• 8+ years of civil engineering experience.
• Experience with public and private-sector projects.
• Strong background in land development and/or municipal infrastructure.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and Civil 3D.

Responsibilities

• Lead civil design projects from planning through completion.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, teams, and client relationships.
• Design and oversee site development, grading, stormwater, water, sanitary sewer, and roadway projects.
• Perform hydrologic/hydraulic analysis, permitting, and green infrastructure design.
• Support construction administration and inspection activities.
• Mentor junior engineers and lead design teams.
• Assist with proposals, marketing, business development, and client development.
• Identify and pursue new project opportunities.
