Job summary

Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering is required.
• PE license with 4+ years of related experience, or EIT with 5+ years and a clear path toward PE licensure.
• Land development/site civil engineering experience is required.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD or similar design software is required.

Responsibilities

• Design site plans including layout, grading, drainage, stormwater, sanitary sewer, and water systems.
• Prepare construction plans, specifications, calculations, and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate with regulatory agencies regarding design requirements and permitting.
• Monitor project budgets, schedules, quality, and technical deliverables.
• Provide technical support during construction and communicate with contractors and inspectors.
• Assist with proposals, scopes, schedules, and manpower estimates.
• Support business development and client relationships.
