Job summary

Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer / Project Manager to lead civil infrastructure and land development projects in Milwaukee. This role combines design leadership, client development, and mentoring of junior engineers.

You will manage project schedules and budgets, oversee site development, hydrologic/hydraulic analysis, permitting, and green infrastructure design, and support marketing and proposals to pursue new opportunities.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Civil Engineering required.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain one.
• 8+ years of civil engineering experience.
• Experience with public and private-sector projects.
• Strong background in land development and/or municipal infrastructure.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and Civil 3D.

Responsibilities

• Lead civil design projects from planning through completion.
