Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. is seeking a Site Civil Engineer / Project Manager for our Tampa team.

The role focuses on leading site development projects, managing client relationships, and delivering projects from concept through completion. The ideal candidate has 6+ years of site civil engineering experience, a PE license or the ability to obtain within 12 months, and strong proficiency with Civil 3D and stormwater design tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• 6+ years of site civil engineering experience.
• PE license or ability to obtain within 12 months.
• Proficiency with Civil 3D and stormwater design software.

Responsibilities

• Lead site civil design for commercial, institutional, municipal, and residential projects.
• Oversee site layout, grading, drainage, stormwater, utilities, and erosion control.
• Prepare stormwater management designs, hydraulic/hydrologic analyses, reports, and SWPPPs.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, deliverables, and client relationships.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, permitting agencies, and local officials.
• Perform QA/QC reviews and support permitting, platting, and project closeout.
• Provide technical guidance to project teams and contribute to business development and professional organizations.
