Job summary

Qualifications

B.S. in Civil Engineering required.
PE license or ability to obtain one.
8+ years of civil engineering experience.
Experience with public and private-sector projects.
Strong background in land development and/or municipal infrastructure.
Proficiency with AutoCAD and Civil 3D.

Responsibilities

Lead civil design projects from planning through completion.
Manage project schedules, budgets, teams, and client relationships.
Design and oversee site development, grading, stormwater, water, sanitary sewer, and roadway projects.
Perform hydrologic/hydraulic analysis, permitting, and green infrastructure design.
Support construction administration and inspection activities.
Mentor junior engineers and lead design teams.
Assist with proposals, marketing, business development, and client development.
Identify and pursue new project opportunities.
