The ideal candidate will serve as the primary client contact, manage multidisciplinary teams, ensure quality and schedule adherence, and contribute to business growth through client relationships and effective project leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in civil engineering and land development.
- Experience managing site development projects from concept through construction.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D, Microsoft Office Suite, and hydrologic/hydraulic modeling tools.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary client contact for assigned projects.
- Develop project scopes, budgets, schedules, and work plans.
- Oversee civil engineering plans including site layout, drainage, and utility design.
- Lead permitting with municipalities, counties, and regulatory agencies.
- Mentor engineers and support business development initiatives.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to client expectations.
