Job summary

Actalent in Greenville, SC is seeking a Civil Project Manager / Professional Engineer to own land and site development projects from planning through construction. You will work directly with clients, guide permitting, and lead the team responsible for delivering grading, drainage, water, and utilities using AutoCAD Civil 3D.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of civil engineering/design experience, an EIT pursuing PE, and a PE license, with hands-on leadership and frequent client interaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering required.
• Engineer in Training (EIT) pursuing PE is expected.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead civil/site development projects from planning through permitting and construction.
• Develop site designs including grading, drainage, water, sewer, and utilities.
• Use AutoCAD Civil 3D to refine designs and produce plans.
• Prepare grading plans, drainage reports, calculations, and bid documents.
• Lead permitting with local and state agencies and coordinate with the team.
