You will oversee site layout, grading, stormwater, utilities, and permitting, while ensuring quality, compliance, and client satisfaction. You will mentor junior engineers, collaborate with senior leadership on business development, and work with clients and regulatory agencies across project phases in a dynamic

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field; PE license preferred.
• Experience leading civil/site development projects from planning to completion.
• Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D and stormwater modeling.
• Strong written and verbal communication for cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Manage site development and civil engineering projects from proposal through construction.
• Lead design and review of site layout, grading, stormwater systems, utilities, and erosion control.
• Prepare technical reports, plans, specs, cost estimates, and permit applications.
• QA/QC reviews to meet regulatory and client requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, subconsultants, and regulatory agencies.
• Mentor and supervise junior engineers and staff; support career development.
• Collaborate with leadership on business development and client growth.
