JPCL Engineering in the New York City Metropolitan Area seeks a Civil Engineer/Project Manager to lead design and analysis of civil infrastructure. This full-time, hybrid role collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality site development, utilities, roadway design, and stormwater solutions.

The engineer will prepare drawings and specifications, perform calculations, support report writing, and coordinate with project managers, architects, and disciplines.

Qualifications

• Civil Engineering fundamentals and design skills.
• Experience on infrastructure or land development projects (min. 8 years).
• Familiarity with planning, site layout, and infrastructure coordination.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD/Civil 3D and local codes.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design and analysis of civil infrastructure projects.
• Prepare engineering drawings and specifications; perform calculations.
• Assist in report writing and coordinate with project managers, architects and disciplines.
• Attend project meetings and support construction administration.
• Help ensure deliverables are on schedule and within budget.
