Mott MacDonald seeks a Highway/Civil Site Project Engineer to lead project delivery in New York and New Jersey. You will manage teams, interface with clients, and oversee scope, schedule, and budget for transportation civil projects.

Ideal candidates have a Civil Engineering degree, PE license, and 6–8 years in delivery, with AutoCAD Civil 3D, MicroStation ORD, and Synchro experience. Hybrid work options are available in NY/NJ regions.

Qualifications

• B.S. Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Active Professional Engineer license required.
• 6–8 years in project management/delivery of transportation or municipal projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage infrastructure and civil engineering projects and direct project teams.
• Listen to client needs and develop scope and fee proposals.
• Report financial, project, and construction status.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and sub-consultants.
• Provide technical/engineering support as a licensed engineer.
• Participate in interviews and presentations for projects.
