Job summary

JPCL Engineering in the New York City metropolitan area seeks a Civil Engineer/Project Manager to lead design and management of civil infrastructure projects. This full-time role offers a hybrid work arrangement with in-office and remote days, supporting site development, utilities, roadways, and stormwater systems.

The ideal candidate combines strong civil engineering fundamentals with project leadership, regulatory knowledge, and collaboration across disciplines to deliver on-time, on-budget

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; PE licensure or eligibility a plus.
• 8+ years of experience on infrastructure or land development projects.
• Experience with stormwater management and hydrologic analysis.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D; knowledge of local codes.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design, and analysis of civil infrastructure projects.
• Review design standards and regulatory permitting processes.
• Attend project meetings and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to meet schedule and budget.
