Qualifications

• Experience leading site civil and land development projects.
• Strong AutoCAD Civil 3D proficiency; ability to troubleshoot workflows.
• Proven ability to manage scopes, schedules, budgets, and clients.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage site civil projects from design through permitting and construction.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, and consultants; ensure timely deliverables.
• Lead QA/QC, prepare plans and calculations, and mentor junior staff.
