Responsibilities

• Plans, directs, coordinates, and controls activities required to advance highway projects through letting and contract execution.
• Ensures federal cost participation and conformance with state and federal laws, policies, and procedures.
• Organizes and staffs the section, including training and development of staff.
• Coordinates with district offices to identify projects suitable for Small Business Initiatives or Project Labor Agreements.
