Day & Zimmermann is seeking a Civil Engineer IV to lead innovative projects and shape tomorrow's infrastructure. You will perform advanced analyses, move projects from concept to completion, and collaborate with civil, structural, and other disciplines to deliver coordinated solutions.

This role requires a PE license, an ABET-accredited degree (Master's preferred), and at least 12 years of progressive civil engineering experience on medium-sized projects.

Competenze

• ABET-accredited civil/structural degree required; Master's preferred.
• Minimum 12 years of civil engineering experience with leadership.
• Current Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• Proven track record managing medium-sized projects and budgets.
• Familiarity with latest codes, regulations, and industry trends.

Mansioni

• Provide comprehensive technical guidance within civil engineering, ensuring elements meet industry standards.
• Lead development and assessment of project scopes, proactively identifying scope changes and impacts.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary design efforts across engineering specialties and client teams.
• Oversee quality assurance by reviewing design work for codes, standards and constructibility.
• Apply your PE license to stamp necessary project documents with accountability.
• Manage staffing plans, budgets, and schedules to guarantee project completion.
