Zing Recruiting in Fargo, ND is seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to lead municipal and land development projects. You will oversee planning, design, and management of roads, utilities, and site developments while collaborating with project managers, clients, and community leaders.

The ideal candidate holds a PE license in ND or can obtain it within six months, has 5+ years of relevant experience, and is proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related discipline.
• PE license in North Dakota or ability to obtain within six months.
• 5+ years of municipal/land development civil engineering experience.
• Strong project management, communication, and client-relations skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design and management of municipal infrastructure projects.
• Focus on urban and rural roadways, private land development, water and sewer utilities, and site development.
• Collaborate with project managers, clients, and community leaders to deliver on time and on budget.
• Contribute to growth of municipal and land development services in the Fargo area.
