Qualifications

• Strong communication, presentation, and client-relations skills.
• Experience or interest in business development and client relationship management.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of Fargo-Moorhead area municipalities and regulatory agencies is an advantage.

You will lead the planning, design, and management of high‑quality municipal infrastructure projects, focusing on urban and rural roadways, water, sanitary sewer, and storm sewer utilities, as well as site development. You will collaborate closely with project managers, clients, and community leaders, ensuring projects are delivered on time and on budget and contributing to the growth and expansion of our municipal and land development services in eastern North Dakota.
