Job summary

Worley is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to provide civil engineering services and supervise the Civil engineering team on client projects in the United States. You will lead project delivery, estimate costs, ensure compliance with local and international standards, and mentor junior staff.

Strong communication and software skills are required. A PE license in the United States or ability to obtain it is preferred.

Qualifications

12+ years of relevant discipline experience.
Experience working in project leadership role.
Experience in estimating project costs and writing proposal content.
Highly effective technical and practical engineering skills and ability to deliver quality work.
Sound knowledge of local and international standards and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

Deliver civil engineering services to Worley and its customers on time and within budget.
Supervise, guide and mentor junior and intermediate staff.
Advise Lead Engineer and other disciplines on environmental law requirements.
Manage Civil resource hours and schedule.
Site earthwork planning, grading and drainage design, and utilities design.
Prepare/Review Civil specifications, calculations, and reports.
Identify issues and develop solutions and request assistance when required.
