Job summary

Worley is seeking a Principal Structural Engineer to lead and deliver structural engineering services for complex projects. You will provide technical supervision within the structural team, manage scope, budget, and schedule, and coordinate with clients and stakeholders.

Applicants should have 12+ years of experience, proven leadership in project execution, and strong knowledge of codes and standards. A US PE is preferred; experience across multi-disciplinary teams is valued.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of relevant discipline experience.
• Experience in leading projects.
• Experience in estimating project costs and writing proposals.
• A solid understanding of structural engineering fundamentals and related disciplines.
• Familiarity with local and international standards and regulations.
• Competent use of structural engineering software.
• Competent use of MS Office.
• Experience in multi-disciplinary projects and teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver structural engineering services on time and within budget.
• Initiate, manage and supervise project requirements.
• Participate in meetings, prepare reports and ensure checks.
• Provide design of foundations, reinforced concrete and steel structures.
• Review shop drawings and prepare detailed calculations and reports.
• Lead on specific projects and mentor junior staff.
