Job summary

Worley is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to provide civil engineering services to clients, including supervision within the Civil team. The role focuses on delivering projects on time, within budget, and aligned with regulatory requirements.

The candidate should have 8+ years of experience, strong knowledge of earthworks and environmental/geotechnical aspects, and fluent English. US-based PE is preferred. Full-time employment with opportunities to lead multi-disciplinary projects.

Qualifications

8+ years of relevant discipline experience.
Sound knowledge of local and international standards and regulatory requirements.
Strong understanding of civil earthworks design including environmental and geotechnical aspects.
Fluent in English with excellent written and oral communication skills.
Competent use of Civil engineering software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

Deliver civil engineering services that meet specifications, on time and within budget.
Supervise, mentor, and guide junior and intermediate staff.
Advise on environmental law requirements for the project.
Manage civil resource hours and schedule.
Keep up-to-date with developments in civil engineering.
Site earthwork planning and land development.
Site grading and drainage design.
Haul road and crossing design.
Access roads and facilities infrastructure design.
Prepare stormwater management plans and retention/detention ponds.
