Job summary

IMEG seeks a Senior Civil Project Manager in Anaheim, Ontario, or Pasadena, CA, to lead complex building-design projects. You will serve as the primary contact for teams and clients, guiding scope, schedules, and budgets while ensuring design compliance with owner requirements and IMEG standards.

With 14+ years in the design consulting field and a PE license, you will mentor staff, drive client relationships, and coordinate across PM, BD, and market leadership.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering or equivalent required.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as project contact for teams and clients.
• Collaborate with business development, Project Executives, Client Executives, and Market Directors during early project opportunities.
• Assist with scope of work, fee calculations for proposals, and contract reviews.
• Create project schedules with milestones and deadlines.
• Create monthly billings and update billing projections and % complete monthly.
• Ensure designs follow owner and IMEG standards and applicable codes.
• Coordinate design staff and project scheduling through all design and construction phases.
• Lead project interviews and presentations.
• Resolve client and construction concerns and manage change orders through approval.
• Train, mentor, and motivate staff; develop client relationships.
