Job summary

IMEG in Anaheim, CA is seeking a Civil Project Engineer to lead design efforts for civil site projects. The role involves working with engineers and consultants to deliver analysis, design, inspections, and permit applications while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

You will mentor staff, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and help manage budgets and schedules to meet client expectations. Eligible for multiple California offices including Ontario or Pasadena.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering required.
• PE license required.
• 2+ years in civil engineering; 4+ preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead design efforts for civil site projects across commercial, residential, and industrial types.
• Develop designs, specs, and calculations using standard civil engineering software.
• Oversee permit applications with team and jurisdictions.
• Perform surface and watershed modeling, storm and sanitary sewer design.
• Support bidding and construction administration phases.
• Coordinate with clients to gather requirements and ensure satisfaction.
• Assist in project planning, budgeting, and scheduling to meet deadlines.
