IMEG Corporation seeks a Senior Civil Designer to lead municipal infrastructure design in the Anaheim area and nearby locations. You will coordinate with engineers, perform analyses, and guide project direction while ensuring compliance with codes and IMEG standards.

Ideal candidates bring a BS in Civil Engineering and 7–8 years in civil consulting, with strong leadership and communication skills. Travel up to 20% and mentorship responsibilities are expected as part of a dynamic, growth-focused

Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering required.
• 7–8 years civil engineering consulting experience preferred.
• Experience with Autodesk Civil 3D or equivalent software.
• Ability to travel up to 20% with occasional overnight stays.
• Not eligible for sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead design efforts for municipal infrastructure analysis and related civil project work.
• Perform site assessments and develop analyses and technical reports.
• Partner with clients to understand project needs, gather requirements, and communicate technical information clearly.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through professional communication.
• Support design and analysis using Autodesk Civil 3D in accordance with codes and IMEG standards.
• Provide technical training and mentoring to team members.
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices in civil engineering.
