IMEG Corporation is seeking a Senior Civil Designer to lead design efforts for municipal infrastructure projects across multiple locations including Anaheim, Las Vegas, Ontario, and Pasadena. You will partner with engineers and clients to deliver solutions, mentor junior staff, and ensure compliance with codes and IMEG standards.

The role emphasizes design leadership, technical analysis, and collaboration with crossfunctional teams, with travel up to 20%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 7 years minimum experience, 8 preferred in civil engineering consulting.
• 11 years minimum in civil engineering consulting or construction.
• Ability to lead design in Civil Engineering projects.
• Mentor and train team members.
• Travel up to 20% with occasional overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Lead design efforts for municipal infrastructure analysis and related civil project work.
• Perform site assessments and develop detailed analyses and technical reports.
• Partner with clients to understand project needs and communicate technical information.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and communicate professionally.
• Support design and analysis using Autodesk Civil 3D or equivalent tools.
