- Experience in project engineering and project management.

Responsibilities
- Design and plan production for general civil on varied projects.
- Conduct quantity calculations.
- Prepare specifications and contract documents.
- Conduct permitting.
- Provide technical leadership as a recognized expert.
- Plan and develop projects with significant impact on programs.
- Supervise a staff of professionals and technicians.
- Serve as a Project Manager on larger projects when needed.
- Perform other duties as required.
