The role requires a degree in Civil Engineering with substantial land development experience; Chartered or working towards chartership is desirable.

• Prepare and review drainage, highways, earthworks and utilities designs.
• Review drawings, calculations and technical documents across design teams.
• Coordinate with clients, planners, architects, surveyors, contractors and regulators.
• Mentor junior engineers and support business development activities.
