Job summary

EWI Recruitment is seeking a Technical Leader, Water Infrastructure to provide expert technical direction across planning, design and delivery of major water and wastewater projects. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, set technical standards and ensure safe, resilient and sustainable solutions.

The role requires Chartered status or progress towards registration, strong communication to technical and non-technical audiences, and a proactive approach to risk, health and safety, quality

Qualifications

• Profesisonally qualified civil, water or environmental engineer.
• Chartered status desirable.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with design assurance, health and safety, quality management and risk control.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership across planning, design and delivery of water infrastructure projects.
• Review and approve designs, calculations and technical reports; manage design interfaces.
• Mentor engineers and promote knowledge sharing across the team.
• Identify, manage and mitigate technical, operational and project risks; ensure compliance with standards.
