Job summary

EWI Recruitment is seeking an experienced Project Manager – Civil/Site to oversee civil construction and site development projects from planning through to completion.

You will manage scope, programme, budget, quality, safety and environmental performance, coordinating consultants, contractors and internal stakeholders while ensuring designs, contracts and legislation are followed; regular site inspections and reporting will be required.

Qualifications

• Requires civil engineering or construction management qualification.
• Knowledge of construction contracts, scheduling and cost management.
• Strong communicator with ability to manage diverse project teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate consultants, contractors, suppliers and stakeholders.
• Prepare and maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts and progress reports.
• Review drawings, specifications and technical documentation.
• Monitor site activities to achieve milestones and ensure safety & compliance.
• Lead meetings, manage procurement and variations and oversee change control.
