You will lead design and management of land development and water resources projects from planning through permitting and construction documents, while mentoring staff and supporting client relations. The role requires a PE license, a bachelor's in Civil Engineering, 7+ years of private land development experience, and proficiency with AutoCAD and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• 7+ years of civil engineering experience.
• Private land development experience including site design, roadway design, permitting, ESC, and SWM.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• Proven project management experience; client relationship management and meetings with clients are a plus.
• Business development experience with the ability to identify and pursue new opportunities is a plus.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
• Visa sponsorship is not offered; must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
