You will work with clients, mentor staff, and help drive business growth for a growing team. Ideal candidates hold a PE license, 7+ years in civil engineering, and private land development experience including site and roadway design, permitting, ESC, and SWM.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in civil engineering.
- Private land development experience, including site design, roadway design, permitting, ESC, and SWM.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
- Visa sponsorship is not offered; must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
- Proven project management experience; client relationship management and meeting with clients are a plus.
- Business development experience with the ability to identify and pursue new opportunities is a plus.

- Lead the design and management of land development and water resources projects from initial planning through permitting and construction document preparation.
