Morris & Ritchie Associates, Inc. (MRA) in Orlando, Florida is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer - Associate to lead land development and water resources projects from planning through permitting and construction documents.

You will work with clients, mentor staff, and help drive business growth for a growing team. Ideal candidates hold a PE license, 7+ years in civil engineering, and private land development experience including site and roadway design, permitting, ESC, and SWM.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in civil engineering.
• Private land development experience, including site design, roadway design, permitting, ESC, and SWM.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• Visa sponsorship is not offered; must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
• Proven project management experience; client relationship management and meeting with clients are a plus.
• Business development experience with the ability to identify and pursue new opportunities is a plus.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a licensed engineer who is looking to take the next step in their career with a well-established consulting firm.

In this role, you will lead the design and management of land development and water resources projects from initial planning through permitting and construction document preparation. You'll work directly with clients, mentor staff, help drive business growth, and play a key role in shaping the future of the practice.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• 7+ years of experience in civil engineering
• Private land development experience, including site design, roadway design, permitting, erosion and sediment control (ESC), and stormwater management (SWM)
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required
• Proven project management experience; client relationship management and meeting with clients are a plus
• Business development experience with the ability to identify and pursue new opportunities is a plus
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and Civil 3D
• Visa sponsorship is not offered; must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident
