Morris & Ritchie Associates, Inc. (MRA) is seeking a Civil Project Engineer with 5-10 years of land development experience to join the Georgetown, DE team.

The role focuses on hands-on design and support of land development projects, including grading, SWM, and ESC design, with direct collaboration with regulatory agencies. Responsibilities include producing construction documents in AutoCAD Civil 3D, coordinating permitting, and managing multiple projects and schedules.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Civil Engineering is required.
• PE license preferred.
• 5-10 years of experience in land development (SWM, Storm Drain, Grading, ESC design).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; Civil 3D preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead site design for commercial and residential projects focusing on grading, SWM, and ESC.
• Produce construction documents and technical reports using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Coordinate with regulatory agencies to obtain project permits.
• Manage project schedules and deliverables for multiple developments.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to solve engineering challenges during planning and design.
