Job summary
Morris & Ritchie Associates, Inc. (MRA) is seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to join our Land Development team in Raleigh, North Carolina. The successful candidate will design and manage private land development projects, using AutoCAD and Civil 3D to produce plans and construction documents.
The role requires collaboration with a multi-disciplinary team and strong communication skills. Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, a valid PE license, and 3–6 years of
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
- Active PE license required.
- 3–6 years in private land development preferred.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD and Civil 3D required.
- Experience in site design, grading and utilities.
Responsibilities
- Design and manage private land development projects from concept through construction.
- Utilize AutoCAD and Civil 3D to develop design concepts and construction documents.
- Prepare plans for site layout, grading, stormwater, utilities, and roadway design.
- Coordinate with project team to meet goals and client expectations.
- Provide technical guidance to staff and support department objectives.
