Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a multi-disciplinary consultancy.
  • Experience delivering development projects from planning to construction.
  • Knowledge of ISO900 QMS standards and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Liaise with stakeholders on planning consents and agreements.
  • Manage multiple projects independently and meet deadlines.
  • Participate in meetings and site visits as necessary.

The role

  • BEng or MEng
  • Minimum 2 years' experience, ideally in a multi-disciplinary consultancy environment
  • Experience delivering development projects from planning through to design and construction, including flood risk assessments
  • Proficiency in Civil 3D, Causeway Flow, and/or MicroDrainage, with strong hydraulic principles knowledge
  • Experience liaising with stakeholders on S104, S38, S278, and S185 agreements and planning consents
  • Ability to work independently on multiple projects, managing your own time effectively and meeting deadlines
  • Strong communication skills with clients and collaboration with wider design teams; participation in meetings and site visits when necessary
  • Knowledge of ISO900 QMS standards and procedures
  • Motivated to deliver exceptional client service
  • Committed to self-led professional development and skill enhancement
  • Chartered or on the journey to chartership
  • Self-driven, proactive, positive, with ownership and problem-solving skills
