An established industry player is seeking a skilled Progressive High Speed Stamping Tool & Die Maker III to join their dynamic team. This role is pivotal in supporting stamping production through precision work, troubleshooting complex die setups, and providing technical expertise. You will be responsible for maintaining high-speed progressive dies, performing die changeovers, and training apprentices. TE Connectivity’s Tooling Teams are responsible for the construction, modification, and maintenance of metal working dies, tools, and fixtures. The Progressive High Speed Stamping Tool & Die Maker III will play a critical role in supporting stamping production by performing precision work, troubleshooting complex die setups, and providing technical expertise. This role also includes performing die changeovers, maintaining high-speed progressive dies, and fabricating new tools using blueprints and engineering specifications. You will be a key resource for technical questions and training other team members, including apprentices. In addition to hands-on work, the Progressive High Speed Stamping Tool & Die Maker III collaborates closely with die engineering to drive continuous improvement in quality, cost, and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
This is a 3rd shift position from 11pm-7am Sunday through Thursday with an added 11% hourly shift differential.

COMPENSATION
• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $54,300 – 81,500 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
• Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
• Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
