Serco Inc. seeks a senior Civil Engineer Leader to join the Agile Impact group, providing subject matter expertise to DoD and non-DoD government customers in the National Capital Region.

The role emphasizes leadership, strategic vision, and execution across complex programs. The ideal candidate has 15+ years of leadership experience in military installations and infrastructure, with the ability to travel up to 25% and obtain DoD Top Secret with SCI eligibility.

Formación

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Ability to obtain a DoD Top Secret with SCI Eligibility.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (any built infrastructure discipline).
• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in civilian/military infrastructure programs.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsabilidades

• Provide multi-disciplinary support to government offices.
• Advise senior government personnel and potentially commercial entities.
• Lead working groups and develop engineering solutions for program issues.
• Support development and execution of multiple projects for government offices.
• Brief and lead large meetings with senior government personnel.
