Serco is seeking a senior Civil Engineer Leader to join the Agile Impact group, supporting DoD and federal civilian clients in the National Capital Region with travel as required. The role demands 15+ years of leadership, strategic planning, and complex program execution for military infrastructure and installations.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s in engineering, with preferred master’s, PE, and PMP credentials.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Ability to obtain a DoD Top Secret with SCI Eligibility.
• Bachelors degree in Engineering (any built infrastructure discipline).
• At least 15 years of progressive leadership experience in large-scale civil engineering programs for military installations and infrastructure.
• Travel up to 25% is required.
• Demonstrated strategic leadership, team leadership, and operational excellence.
• Experience in facility management, budgeting, and stakeholder engagement.

Responsabilités

• Provide multi-disciplinary support to government offices.
• Advise senior government personnel and potentially commercial entities.
• Lead working groups and develop engineering solutions for program issues.
• Support development and execution of multiple projects for various government offices.
• Regularly brief senior government personnel and lead large meetings.
