Job summary

Middough Inc. is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to lead multi‑discipline projects for industrial and utility clients. You will manage resources, scope, schedule and budget, while directing site planning, land development and underground utility design from concept through construction.

The role requires strong leadership, technical excellence and collaboration with cross‑functional teams. Responsibilities include data collection, design calculations, technical spec development, and mentoring

Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering required.
• EIT certification required; PE license preferred.
• 10+ years in site development engineering.
• Prior management experience preferred.
• AutoCAD Civil 3D experience required.
• BIM collaboration tools experience required.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead discipline on complex multi-discipline projects.
• Estimate work hours and staffing needs.
• Prepare data, perform design calculations with PM support.
• Coordinate with Owner, Vendors, Contractors and stakeholders.
• Develop technical specifications and scopes of work.
• Mentor and lead other staff.
