The role requires 10+ years in site development, a BS in Civil Engineering, EIT, and strong communication skills. AutoCAD Civil 3D and MS Office proficiency are essential; PE license is preferred.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in site development engineering.
• Proficient with AutoCAD Civil 3D and MS Office.
• EIT certification required; PE license preferred.
• BS in Civil Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, multi-discipline projects with estimated hours and staffing.
• Prepare engineering deliverables in accordance with contract requirements.
• Develop technical specifications and work scopes (site planning, grading, utilities).
• Coordinate field work and client coordination; review submittals and RFIs.
• Interact with departments and suppliers to obtain information.
