Job summary

Hargrove Engineers & Constructors is seeking a Civil Designer IV to support industrial, site development, and infrastructure projects by developing civil design deliverables, site layouts, grading plans, and utility systems.

Under Civil Engineers and Lead Designers, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver designs from concept through construction. 8–10 years of civil design exp and an associate degree are preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Engineering Technology, CAD, or related field.
• 8–10 years of civil design experience preferred.
• Industrial civil/site or utility design experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop civil construction and permitting drawings from concept to construction.
• Design site grading, drainage, stormwater, and utility infrastructure.
• Create surface models, pipe networks, and earthwork calculations.
• Develop conceptual site layouts and assist with cost studies.
• Coordinate project coordinates and collaborate with teams.
• Perform field investigations and verify existing conditions.
