Bohler's West Hartford, CT office is seeking a Senior Civil Design Engineer ready to lead technical efforts in site design, grading, utilities, stormwater management, and permitting. Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering required.
• 5+ years of land development design and permitting experience.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and related software.

Responsibilities

• Design and review grading, drainage, and utility plans for complex sites.
• Conduct zoning research and site feasibility analyses.
• Support project coordination with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
• Review design deliverables for accuracy, quality, and compliance.
