Job summary

Mortenson is seeking a Laborer Foreman to coordinate crews, prepare and supply materials, and read blueprints to determine procedures. You will supervise laborers, interpret specs, enforce safety rules, and adjust work sequences to meet schedules.

Qualifications

• Three years related experience preferred.
• Must possess union training.
• Current driver’s license.
• Ability to operate tools and equipment listed in qualifications.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints and determine work procedures.
• Supervise and coordinate laborers and assigned roles.
• Interpret specifications and job orders.
• Enforce safety regulations and company policies.
• Set work sequences to meet construction schedules.
• Estimate worker-hour requirements and analyze schedules.
• Provide work direction to crew members and apprentices.
• Lead by example and coach team members.
