Tutor Perini Corp. is seeking a Senior Superintendent to join our Midtown Manhattan project site.

You will supervise construction to ensure alignment with design, budget and schedule, coordinating on-site activities and subcontractors on high-profile infrastructure projects. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will help develop the project schedule, site logistics, and implement procedures while supporting safety and coordination with Owner teams.

Qualifications

• Four-year Engineering, Construction Management or similar degree from an accredited institution desired.
• 20 years of field supervisory experience including large-scale projects.
• Experience with City/State/Federal government clients preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Supervise construction to ensure adherence to design, budget and schedule.
• Plan, coordinate and supervise onsite functions (scheduling, subcontractor coordination).
• Ensure compliance with contract documents, materials usage and project schedule.
• Assist in developing project schedule and site logistics plans; support safety program.
