Job summary

Tutor Perini Corporation seeks a Building General Superintendent for our Midtown Manhattan project site. You will oversee day-to-day construction operations, including structures, platforms and facilities, while coordinating subcontractors and site teams to keep activities on schedule.

High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day construction operations for the bus terminal project, including structures, platforms, passenger facilities, and associated infrastructure.
Coordinate subcontractors, trades, suppliers, and site personnel to ensure efficient workflow and sequencing of activities.
Work closely with project managers, engineers, and inspectors to maintain alignment with project goals.
Develop and maintain short-term and long-term construction schedules.
Monitor progress and adjust plans to address delays or unforeseen conditions.
Ensure timely delivery and staging of materials and equipment.
