Job summary

Tutor Perini Corporation seeks a Superintendent for our project site in Midtown Manhattan. You will supervise construction to align with design, budget, and schedule, coordinating on-site activities and subcontractors while ensuring safety and quality.

The role reports to the Project Manager and requires extensive field leadership on major infrastructure projects. Qualifications include a four-year degree in Engineering or Construction Management and at least 20 years in field supervision,

Responsibilities

Supervise construction effort to ensure project is built per design, budget and schedule.
Plan, coordinate and supervise on-site functions (scheduling, subcontractor coordination).
Ensure compliance with contract documents, efficient use of materials and timely project schedule.
Provide technical assistance, interpret drawings, and recommend construction methods and equipment.
