Tutor Perini Corporation invites applications for a Superintendent position on our Midtown Manhattan project site. The role leads on-site supervision, scheduling, and coordination with subcontractors to ensure work aligns with design, budget, and schedule.

We require a four-year engineering or construction management degree, plus roughly 20 years of field supervisory experience including 10+ years as a superintendent on large-scale projects.

Competenze

• Four-year Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent degree is desired.
• 20 years of field supervisory experience, including at least 10 years as Superintendent on projects valued at $200M+.
• Experience in new building/structure construction: piles, concrete, structural steel, etc.
• Knowledge of U.S. construction methods, standards, and contracts; OSHA certs.

Mansioni

• Supervise construction to meet design, budget and schedule.
• Plan, coordinate and supervise onsite functions (scheduling, subcontractor coordination).
• Ensure compliance with contract documents, materials and equipment use, schedule performance.
• Provide technical assistance and recommend construction methods/equipment.
• Assist PM with project schedule, site logistics, procedures and standards.
• Support Site Specific Safety Plan and coordinate with on-site Owner staff.
