Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in concrete construction with supervisory exposure.
• Strong knowledge of forming systems, reinforcement, placement and finishing.
• Experience managing large-scale commercial or civil concrete projects.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of construction safety standards and best practices.
• Proficient in scheduling and basic construction software tools.
• High school diploma or equivalent; construction-related degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of concrete construction including foundations, slabs, walls, structural concrete, and finishing.
• Plan daily and weekly work activities and coordinate labor, equipment, and materials.
• Supervise field crews and subcontractors to ensure productivity, safety, and quality standards.
• Enforce company safety policies and OSHA regulations; conduct safety meetings and site inspections.
• Review project drawings and specifications to ensure accurate execution of work.
• Coordinate with project managers and engineers to resolve field issues and maintain schedule.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates on schedule and productivity.
• Ensure proper installation of formwork, reinforcement, embeds, and concrete placement.
• Manage quality control and inspection processes.
• Maintain site documentation including daily reports, manpower logs, and material tracking.
• Participate in project meetings and collaborate with other trades to avoid conflicts.
