RK&K is seeking a Civil BIM Coordinator, Engineering Support to drive BIM and digital delivery across transportation, water, and public infrastructure projects. Lead model-based approaches and collaborate with technical leaders on AI-enabled tools and digital twin strategies.

You will work with project teams to implement BEPs, improve modeling workflows, and guide 3D/model-based delivery throughout the project lifecycle. Remote work options possible for approved U.S. locations.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of Civil engineering experience with BIM
• Strong 3D modeling and BIM capability
• Experience with Bentley and/or Autodesk applications
• Knowledge of file management, collaboration platforms, and data environments

Responsabilités

• Lead Civil BIM and digital delivery initiatives
• Collaborate with technical leaders to advance model-based delivery
• Provide technical leadership for Bentley and Autodesk platforms
• Support workflows with Bentley OpenRoads, OpenBridge, iTwin, Civil 3D, Revit, and Construction Cloud
• Evaluate software capabilities to improve project execution
• Develop BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) with project teams
• Advance AI and automation adoption for infrastructure projects
• Develop digital twin solutions and promote data integration across lifecycle
• Mentor civil engineering teams in 3D/model-based delivery
• Contribute to proposal content on BIM and digital delivery
