• Reviews subdivision plats for compliance with regulations.
• Inspects projects under construction and issues zoning certificates.
• Coordinates with City departments on planning reviews and board actions.
• Reviews and processes variance applications.
• Communicates with citizens and staff to provide information and guidance.
• Maintains regular liaison with staff and officials; reports progress weekly.
• Assists with annexation reviews and mapping updates as needed.
• Performs data collection, analysis, and presents findings on planning matters.
