Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience as a Citrix/Systems Engineer in a Healthcare environment preferred (10+ years).
• Strong knowledge of ITIL best practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain security and lifecycle management of Enterprise Citrix and Microsoft Infrastructure.
• Collaborate with Network/Systems Engineers, Application Analysts, and Desktop Support to support IT and clinical operations.
• Troubleshoot Windows/Unix/Linux environments and virtualization technologies (Citrix, VMware).
