Endeavor Health is seeking a Systems Engineer II - Citrix to support our enterprise Citrix environment, including XenApp, VDI, and NetScaler. Location options include Skokie, Arlington Heights, or Warrenville, IL with hybrid flexibility.

The role requires 5+ years in IT systems or platform engineering, strong Citrix and virtualization experience, and a focus on security, reliability, and scalable design. You will collaborate across teams to ensure stable operations and client-focused outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Five or more years in IT Systems, Platform Engineering or Technical Engineering related to Citrix/VMware/EMR environments.
• Experience with enterprise platform strategy and patch management.
• Certifications related to the technology portfolio are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and upgrade Endeavor Health's software, platforms, and infrastructure across environments.
• Lead technology initiatives within the portfolio with minimal guidance.
• Install releases, evaluate patches, and resolve software problems including security patches.
• Provide on-call support and proactive issue resolution for production systems.
